Experience Required:
- Hands on Assembly & Fabrication: Cast materials into production molds using various materials, including urethane and silicone. Perform hands on tasks such as sanding, trimming, and cleaning molds.
- Creative Fabrication: Use hand tools to shape and finish components, ensuring high quality production standards and craftsmanship.
- Molding & Shaping: Assemble parts as needed, ensuring proper fit and functionality. Work with diverse materials to shape, assemble, and finish products.
- Material Preparation: Drill, cut, sand, glue, and modify materials as required for assembly and production.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet high standards for precision, creativity, and consistency.
- Production Workflow: Work with supervisors to maintain a smooth and efficient production workflow. Meet production timelines while ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, keeping tools and equipment in top condition.
- Collaboration: Work with the team to meet production goals and provide support where needed.
- Documentation: Maintain production logs and necessary documentation.
- Additional tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Experience Required:
- Hands on Experience: Experience with drilling, cutting, sanding, gluing, and assembly work.
- Tool Proficiency: Ability to work with hand tools and small power tools to shape and finish materials.
- Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality.
- Independence & Teamwork: Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and manual labor, with a high level of accuracy.
- Safety & Maintenance: Ability to safely operate, maintain, and troubleshoot tools and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Production or Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment with hands on assembly or creative fabrication.
- Material Knowledge: Basic knowledge of materials like urethane, silicone, and other composites.
- Mold Maintenance: Familiarity with maintaining production molds and tools to ensure high-quality results.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
