Wood Shop Machine Operator
Job Location: Petaluma, California
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $21-$21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6am-2:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Wood Shop Machine Operator? We are seeking a Wood Shop Machine Operator to assist one of our clients in Sonoma County. This is a temporary position expected to last at least one month, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values safety and quality, and is looking to grow within a production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely setting up and operating woodworking equipment, including T-molder, drill press, kerf cutter, pin router, table saw, and precision measuring tools
- Reading and following detailed drawings, cut sheets, work instructions, and job orders
- Assembling and packaging finished products
- Inspecting parts and machinery for errors or defects
- Maintaining quality standards set by quality assurance
- Wearing all required PPE (hearing protection, safety glasses, safety toe shoes)
- Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience Required:
