Job Location: Santa Rosa, California

Pay Rate: $18-$18.50/hour

Job Type: Permanent

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Description of Position: 
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in the glass department at our Santa Rosa location. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, dedication, and the willingness to learn and grow within our company. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of our glass cutting line, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality glass products.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and equipment on the glass cutting line.
  • Lift glass panels, weighing approximately 45-50 pounds, off the end of the production line throughout your shift.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Follow instructions, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Contribute to maintaining minimal downtime and addressing any production issues.
  • Embrace a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and improve.

Experience Required:
  • Previous experience on a production line or operating machinery is preferred.
  • Proficient in reading tape measures and following instructions.

  • Strong physical ability to lift glass panels throughout the shift.
  • Dependable attendance and minimal attendance issues in previous positions.
  • Motivated to excel, grow within the company, and take on new challenges.
