Santa Rosa - Long Term Temporary - $19.75-$20.75/hour
Tuesday to Saturday 10pm - 6:30am

Are you looking for a long term temporary assignment to get back into the workforce? We have the job for you! This position is working with a well-established company in Santa Rosa that specializes in food manufacturing. This is a full-time opportunities offering at least 40 hours per week with occasional overtime as needed. This position is part of the core production team that assumes responsibility for continuous improvement activities of product and overall production flow. Primary functions are to process and mix different batches of dough batter according to the company formula.

Ideal candidate would be some one that is familiar with working in a manufacturing food warehouse and is comfortable working a graveyard shift. You could earn up to $830/week depending on your experience and qualifications.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS (THE ESSENTIAL DUTIES):
  • Works within the warehouse to package boxes, and move finished goods on pallets to be shipped out
  • Reports any deviation in product to Quality Control Technician
  • Works at different work stations as production needs require
  • Maintains company productivity standards
  • Maintains a safe, clean working environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS):
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form is required
  • Ability to understand safety requirements and cautions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people from various backgrounds

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee frequently is required to walk or stand for long periods of time.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move between 25 - 50 pounds
