Looking for work for a luxurious hotel in beautiful Napa Valley? Apply for our Valet/Bell Attendant position in Napa, this job opportunity is a Direct Hire! Qualified candidates welcome guests personally by name upon arrival and departure, providing an excellent customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience at a hotel or as a valet attendant, be able to drive, park, and retrieve cars in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include welcoming guests by name upon their arrival and departure to provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with moving luggage to a secure area, and performing any other requested services. Additionally, the role involves driving guest vehicles to the parking lot and retrieving them efficiently and safely, following existing valet processes to correctly document each vehicle’s parking location on the claim ticket.

Experience Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred previous experience at a hotel or as a valet attendant
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to run to retrieve cars and stand for long periods of time
  • Able to drive cars with manual and automatic transmission
