Assemble appetizers, replenish buffets, make bellinis. The job tasks are back of house but the work is to be done on the dining floor working at food stations under supervision of kitchen staff. Must be presentable and experienced preparing food in a commercial kitchen. Upscale venue and mature clientele. It is a private party near Union Square and there will be private wine tasting with 35 wineries pouring and food stations throughout the ball room.
