Storeroom Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10:30pm

Under the direction of the Storeroom Manager, the Storeroom Coordinator handles on-site duties including receiving, stock location and placement, issuing parts, inventory control, and providing customer service. Responsibilities also include identifying work orders, kitting, and maintaining necessary documentation. Additionally, the role involves supporting JDE systems for generating preventive maintenance (PM) and work orders.

• Assist and respond to Storeroom customer requests via window service and email communication.
• Perform all receiving tasks, including verifying items and quantities, system entry, stocking, issuing, and locating inventory using the JDE ERP system.
• Ensure all purchase orders and returns for stock items have appropriate documentation.
• Generate work orders as required for maintenance mechanics.
• Identify and address patterns of waste and inefficiency; engage in cleaning and organizing tasks during downtime.
• Conduct cycle counts on a schedule provided by the Storeroom Manager during downtime.

• Must be 18 years or older at the time of hire.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, and barcode software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to provide clear verbal and written communication to all management levels.
• Experience using standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and adherence to safety regulations and procedures.

• Work environment includes exposure to both indoor and outdoor conditions, warehouse/production equipment, and associated noise levels.
• Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and twisting in a warehouse/production setting.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
