Job Location: Sonoma, California
Job Type: Direct Hire (non-exempt), full time
Pay Rate: $23-$28/hour DOE, plus commission and bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm

As a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter, you'll be at the heart of our mission, supporting job seekers, partnering with local employers, and helping teams across the region stay strong and productive.

What You'll Do
Connect People to Opportunity
- Partner with clients to understand their needs, culture, and workplace goals
- Write and launch job postings that attract great talent
- Source, recruit, interview, and screen candidates (English & Spanish)
Deliver Outstanding Service
- Fill job orders with urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Communicate proactively with clients and talent throughout the process
- Conduct follow ups to ensure successful placements
Support Community & Workforce Growth
- Represent Bolt at job fairs, colleges, and outreach events
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and community partners
Drive Results
- Hit KPIs including time to fill, interviews, and placements
- Maintain accurate and organized records in our ATS
- Solve fast moving challenges with professionalism, no shows, performance issues, scheduling changes, and more

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel between Bolt offices; mileage reimbursed)
