Your responsibilities will include leadership, accounts receivable/payable management, tax preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal person should be comfortable working in a busy office setting, comfortable with smaller office setting, positive attitude and open to be cross trained.

Experience Required:
A Staff Accountant in our finance office provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Leadership experience
- Accounting experience in AR/AP
- Review financial statements for legal compliance
- Experienced with previously Preparing and filing company tax returns
- Entering a high volume of accounting data into journals
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Preparing documentation for auditors
- Preforming monthly bank statement reports
- Proficient in excel, word.
- QuickBooks knowledgeable
