Do you have experience in Shipping and Receiving and as a Forklift Operator working with Inventory management? Our client in Napa is looking for a hands-on warehouse professional to support their Shipping & Receiving department during a temporary project. This role will focus on inventory forklift operation, and general receiving tasks. The assignment is expected to last approximately 3 months and requires someone with a safety first mindset who is eager to contribute from day one.

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to handle solar modules and other materials
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
• Track and manage inventory using Microsoft Excel and other Office programs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety compliant warehouse environment
• Assist with general shipping and receiving tasks as needed
• Coordinate with team members to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth operations

• Valid forklift certification or extensive forklift operating experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform warehouse tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Reliable, self motivated, and deadline driven
