Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Job Location: Napa, California

Pay Rate: $22-$24/hour

Job Type: Long Term Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Description of Position: 
Do you have experience as a shipping and receiving coordinator? We are looking for a candidate that has sit-down forklift certified experience and is comfortable with Check BOL and check against daily pallet count sheets. Confirm case quantities and location.
  • Check emails on a daily basis and issue emails for wine that needs to be shipped out
  • Generate a BOL in Ventrace and give to Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator
  • Maintain constant communication with Forklift Driver on incoming loads and outgoing loads for the day

Description of Company: 
You will be supporting a well-established wine bottling company in Napa, California that specializes in bottling, labeling, barrel storage, and decanting.

Experience Required: 
  • Seeking sit down forklift certified candidate. 
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and drivers
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items
