Description of Position:

Are you a dynamic leader with experience in water/wastewater treatment systems and department management? We are seeking a Service and Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Technical Services & Engineering and perform a crucial function in managing department operations and water/wastewater treatment systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the second-in-command to the Director, providing coverage for management tasks and client correspondence as delegated.
• Training Technical Service Representatives (TSRs) in service requirements and acting as the primary troubleshooting expert before issues are escalated to the Department Manager.
• Expanding our service offerings within our client base.
• Managing new installation projects, including overseeing piping, conduit, panel, and wiring installations.

Experience Required:

• High School Diploma required; an advanced degree is desired.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Technical, mechanical, mathematical, and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Must possess a valid CA driver’s license.
• Must obtain and maintain Distribution II and Treatment II potable water licenses within 6 months of employment.
• Obtaining OIT to attain Grade II wastewater license in an appropriate time depending on education and experience is desired.
