Job Description
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments for department staff
Compose, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and official documents
Prepare agendas, take and transcribe meeting minutes, and distribute materials
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professional customer service
Assist with preparing and submitting departmental forms, reports, and documentation
Perform data entry and basic spreadsheet management
Order, track, and maintain office supplies and equipment
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Experience: At least 1 year of full-time secretarial experience supporting a professional or administrative position
Typing: Minimum 40 words per minute
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organization: High attention to detail, effective time management, and ability to prioritize tasks
