Sonoma company is looking for a scheduler to join their team temporarily. For the right person, this role could become permanent. Schedulers plan, create, and manage a project's schedule from inception through completion. They must demonstrate strong communication and organization skills, advanced problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-past environment under tight deadlines. Schedulers work with the project management staff to ensure that the schedule is followed and that workers and equipment are available when needed.

Duties may include:
-Developing and monitoring a detailed project schedule with the Project Manager
-Predicting and preventing schedule delays or discrepancies
-Managing routine delays and minimizing wasted time and resources
-Adjusting the schedule to allow for unanticipated issues or delays
-Solving scheduling issues or reporting them to the project management team
-Other duties related to development and management of the project schedule
-Schedule deliveries to contractors
-Communicate with clients on delivery

-Prior construction background
-Knowledge in lumber/contracting ideal
-Great follow through and organizational skills
-Strong communication skills
-Prior office or scheduling experience
