Sales Support Coordinator
Job Location: American Canyon, California
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $21-$23/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Sales Support Coordinator? A well-established plumbing supply company in American Canyon is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to assist their showroom sales team. This administrative role plays a key part in supporting customer service, order coordination, and daily sales operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the sales department and two showroom sales representatives
- Following up with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and general inquires
- Assisting with coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- Entering and updating sales orders and customer information in internal systems
- Supporting the sales team during busy periods or customer visits
- Collaborating with warehouse and logistics staff to ensure smooth order processing
- Answering phones and assisting walk-in customers as needed
Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well-established plumbing company in American Canyon, California.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in office administration, sales support, or customer service
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable using Google Sheets
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
- Team-oriented with a proactive, service first mindset
