Bolt Staffing is seeking a Client Relationship & Human Resources Account Manager a hybrid professional who excels at client retention, business development, and Human Resources consulting. 

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently navigate both sales of the client relationship: winning new business and ensuring long term satisfaction through tailored Human Resources and staffing solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

5-10 years in combined experience in:

• Client relationship management or account management
• Human resources (generalist or Human Resources business partner roles)
• Business development, preferably within staffing, Human Resources services, or consulting industries

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing Communications, or a related field

Skill Set:

• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
• Working knowledge of Human Resources practices, compliance, and workforce planning
• Proficiency in CRM systems and a structured approach to managing pipelines
• Strategic thinker who is proactive and highly adaptable

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and long term satisfaction
• Build customized staffing and Human Resource solutions based on each client's business needs
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and act as their trusted Human Resource and workforce advisor
• Collaborate internally with recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Attend industry events and networking functions to expand Bolt Staffing's footprint in Northern California
