Sales Associate

Job Location: Stockton, California

Pay Rate: $53,000 - $56,000/year

Job Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Description of Position:
Do you have experience in sales, particularly in a manufacturing or similar environment? Our client’s success relies on a strong front-line sales team. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of showing leadership and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders, including sales teams, distributors, and customers. Ideal candidates will bring positive energy, empathy, and proven sales experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with straightforward solutions.
  • Identify and address customer needs and expectations promptly.
  • Develop solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish.
  • Acquire and utilize knowledge to guide customer decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Collect and disseminate market insights.
  • Keep relevant stakeholders updated.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience in inside sales with a focus on customizing and designing products.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the capability to handle multiple custom projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in inside sales or related fields.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in product sales rather than services.
  • Proficiency in handling customer calls and designing orders.
