Pay Rate: $20-$21/hour
Job Type: Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am-4:30pm
Description of Position:
Are you experienced as a Quality Assurance Technician within the wine industry? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a QA lab technician at our client's facility in Sonoma. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all company HSE Policies, ISO FSSC 22000, FSQM, TTB, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include supporting and maintaining food safety and quality management systems, reporting food safety hazards and quality issues, and adhering to TWE Growth behaviors.

Experience Required:
- QA line production and wine analysis experience preferred (training provided on client standards)
- Background in lab technology, production, or cellar work (e.g., measurements, sampling)
- Good understanding of analytical chemistry and lab instrumentation
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Flexible with variations in line and shift assignments
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), JD Edwards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
