The ideal individual would have experience working as a Project Coordinator managing multiple ongoing residential construction projects; maintaining document controls, assisting in the development and coordination of construction agreements, estimates, and bid proposals, RFI's, change orders, ordering materials, scheduling subcontractors, invoicing and closing outs for all projects.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Quick-books or Sage 100 Contractor

General knowledge of the construction industry
Willing to work with someone that does not have construction experience as long as they have been part of a business that is cost based. Someone who is comfortable handling costs of materials for different projects throughout the building process.
