Production Associate

Job Location: Napa, California

Pay Rate: $21-$21.25/hour

Job Type: Permanent

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Description:
Join our team as a Production Associate and play a crucial role in our concrete product manufacturing company. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in concrete pouring, setting up and cleaning concrete forms, applying solution and sealing compounds, and repairing defects in concrete surfaces. Additionally, you'll handle the loading, unloading, and movement of materials to work areas using various tools and equipment.

Experience Required:
  • Proficiency in using and maintaining tools and equipment.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
