For our client in Petaluma, we are looking for a Production Assembler to join their team on a temp to hire basis. This role will be responsible for the support of product manufacturing, shipping, warehouse support duties, quality control, and general data entry.

Key Responsibilities
Follow Assembly Documentation with minimal supervision.
Operate Test and Measurement equipment.
Perform product-manufacturing duties, shipping, warehouse activities, quality control activities and engineering support as directed with minimal supervision.
Collect and record technical data, verifies compliance with specifications. Conducts mechanical product assembly, and packaging.
Facilitates shipping and receiving using various automation.
Records activity through data entry operations. Operates a variety of warehouse equipment, manifest systems, computer information collection activities and label printers.
Physical Ability to move packages up to 40lbs., Palletize product, load and unload material and equipment.
Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.
Other duties as directed.

Required Skills & Experience
Mechanical Assembly Skills
Basic PC and Data Entry skills
Solder and basic electronic assembly skills a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills
Manual Dexterity General
Familiarity with warehouse support equipment.
Forklift experience a plus or the ability to become forklift Certified
Ability to Read and comprehend assembly documentation.
Ability to use ERP warehouse systems to complete shipping and warehouse processes
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision.
High school education, Manufacturing/Warehouse Experience and/or assembly experience
