Job Description
- Contacting, communicating, and following up with business owners and decision-makers to inform and sell them on the value of our services.
- Emailing businesses in the process of signing up and those expressing interest.
- Training and explaining service costs and fees to potential business clients.
- Assisting merchant clients with the application process.
- Maintaining relationships and obtaining referrals from signed-up merchant clients.
- Prospecting through social media and online resources to generate leads.
- Logging and documenting all business interactions in CRM systems.
- Consider yourself an excellent communicator
- Are capable of using a variety of tech platforms and open to learning new ones
