Our client is looking for a temporary office manager to fill in for about 2 months. This role will support the existing Office Coordinator.

This role will communicate with building management about rules and issues
Manage office ambience and cleanliness
Oversee office budget and staff
Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and process invoices
Oversee inventory of supplies (food, cleaning, office supplies, swag)
Research and plan team activities and events (catered lunches, holiday parties)
Manage employee onboarding experience
Other administrative tasks
Sit at reception desk
Serve as a key liaison to our internal customers, conveying a get-it-done attitude of intelligent service with an eye on quality
Create a team reputation of outstanding service
Own the condition of the offices at all times, making sure they are always tidy, professional, presentable, clutter-free.

We are open to different experience levels in office management.

Experience with Google Suite, Slack and/or other common technology
Consistent track record of delivering engaging events, ideally in a workplace environment
Highly personable, resourceful and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
