Office Assistant
Job Location: Sebastopol, California
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm
Description of Position:
Do you have Office Assistant or Administrative experience? Our client is looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join a busy winery in Sebastopol. This is a great opportunity to become part of a close-knit of approximately 10 employees, where you'll play an important role in supporting daily office operations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Provide administrative support to the winery office
- Enter customer orders for wine shipments accurately and efficiently
- Print shipping labels and assist with shipping documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems and office records
- Support the team with a variety of general office duties as needed
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

You will be supporting a well established winery in Sebastopol, California.
Experience Required:
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer focused attitude
- Ability to adapt and wear multiple hats in a small office environment
- Team player with a positive, can do attitude
