Night Dispatch Weigh Master

Job Location: Benicia, California

Pay Rate: $20 - $21/hour

Job Type: Long Term Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 8:00pm

Description of Position:

Join a leading and well-established oil refinery in Benicia, California as a Night Dispatch Weigh Master. This role involves extensive data entry and phone communication. The primary responsibilities include receiving customer orders via phone, creating order sheets, directing and coordinating field activities of workers involved in routing and controlling the flow of oil and petroleum products through pipelines, and expediting truck shipments to ensure timely service to customers. Duties also include weighing trucks, completing bills of lading via computer, issuing lab sheets, and maintaining accurate records of all truck-related information.

Experience Required:

• Proficiency in Excel and data entry.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Experience in dispatching trucks, scale operations, and preparing bills of lading.
• Knowledge of handling freight invoices and statements.
• Familiarity with chemical deliveries and inventory management processes.
