Member Service Coordinator

Job Location: Santa Rosa, California

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $27-$28/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm

Description of Position:
Do you have experience as. Member Service Coordinator? Our client is seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized individual to support our member base of more than 3,500 real estate professionals and industry affiliates across four Northern California counties. This role performs a wide variety of administrative, program, and member support functions and serves as a key point of contact for our members representing the Association with professionalism, expertise and exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate a range of member services activities - including chapter meetings, committees, projects, and Association events (prep, logistics, implementation)
  • Draft communication pieces including email outreach, website and newsletter content, registration confirmations, and event collateral
  • Process applications, dues, information updates, and compliance documentation
  • Support front desk operations as needed: answering phones, responding to emails, greeting members/visitors, and providing general assistance
  • Maintain accurate member records using the RAMCO database (training provided)

Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well established realtor association in Santa Rosa, California

Experience Required:
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (intermediate-advanced)
  • Box/online file-sharing tools, Zoom, Google tools
  • CRM/Database systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics based systems preferred)
  • Typing speed of 50 wpm or higher
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong time management and project coordination skills
