Job Location: Napa, California
Pay Rate: $22-$24/hour
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities include acting as the Company administrative liaison with Brand Ambassadors in the United States, processing sample requests from marketing partners for events and PR, completing annual competitor analysis updates, conducting marketing research, assisting with updates to sales material and documentation, and providing customer service support including answering phones.

Experience Required:
- Education/Experience: BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a marketing or customer service role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Intermediate knowledge of social media.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress (or comparable content management system), and Google Analytics a plus.
- Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and MyEmma (or comparable email blast databases) a plus.
- Must be comfortable accessing a freezer maintained at zero degrees for short periods of time and ability to lift 25 lbs.
