Manufacturing Technician PM Shift

Job Location: Benicia, California

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $22-$23/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm-11:00 pm 

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing-related position. 
  • Candidates with prior composite materials experience preferred.

Description of Position:
Do you have Manufacturing Technician experience? Our client is looking for a warehouse associate that has manufacturing experience working as a machine operator in a laboratory in Benicia. 

Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well-established company that specializes in the production of prepreg and custom cellular core materials for the Aerospace Industry.

Experience Required:
  • Duties include machine set-up, equipment operation, inspecting material, documenting data, packaging and
    labeling product
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, maintain required manufacturing notes and documentation.
  • Learn and follow documented processes and procedures.
  • Ensure workplace safety by following safety rules and procedures.
  • Demonstrate ability to read gauges.
  • Use hand tools to perform a variety of operations.
  • Use precision measuring tools to inspect materials and verify specified requirements.
  • Develop an understanding of composite material uses and applications, manufacturing methods, and standard
    composite material handling practices.
