Description of Position:
As a Maintenance Technician at our aerospace facility in Stockton, California, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of blade components. Your responsibilities will include conducting incoming inspections, executing repair tasks, and completing final procedures on these components. We expect our team members to maintain a high standard of product quality and adhere to technical procedures. The role involves tear-down, cleaning, repairing, assembling, and closing out components.
- Perform tear-down, cleaning, repair, assembly, and closeout of Rotor-Tech Blade Components.
- Maintain close communication with assigned lead to coordinate schedules, priorities, and the availability of parts, supplies, and tools.
- Proficiently use hand tools required for inspections and repairs.
- Skillfully clean and strip components when necessary during the repair process.
- Prepare and execute repair techniques to ensure the safe return to service of piece parts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Preferred: FAA Airframe Certificate or equivalent
- Reasonable time management skills, ability to multitask, and handle high volume workloads.
- Accurately comprehend customer requirements and Rotor-Tech capabilities.
- Enthusiastic about supporting others and achieving the highest level of customer service.
- Minimum of two years of related experience; some experience may be substituted for education typically obtained in the attainment of an A&P certificate.
- Candidates with aircraft blade repair experience.
- Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent experience.
- Preferred: A&P License, some trade school desirable.
