Job Location: Benicia, California
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour
Job Type: Long Term Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-4:30pm
Description of Position:
Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic Technician with a knack for keeping production machinery running smoothly? Join us in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various machines, collaborating with manufacturing teams to minimize downtime, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various machines, collaborating with manufacturing teams to minimize downtime, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform robotics and/or PLC programming for factory automation.
- Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment, including modifications as per engineering instructions.
- Service and maintain air compressors, conveyors, electric motors, and other production equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of machine maintenance records.
- Provide and maintain basic tools necessary for the role.

Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Maintenance.
- Proficiency in repairing hydraulic and pneumatic machinery.
- Basic understanding of general factory automation.
- Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and precision measurement tools.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Welding experience (Arc, TIG, or MIG) is advantageous.
- PLC programming skills, and proficiency in using Mills and Lathes are a plus.
