Job Location: Napa, California

Pay Rate: $28-$28.90/hour

Job Type: Long Term Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Description of Position:

We are seeking a Legal Office Secretary to join our team at a government office in Napa County. The primary responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors with a positive and helpful demeanor, assisting with various administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, and mail preparation, answering incoming calls professionally, directing calls appropriately, supporting colleagues with administrative duties, and performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Experience Required:

• Legal office experience required
