Job Location: Sonoma, California

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $23-27/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4am to 230pm AND 2pm to12am

Description of Position:
Are you experienced in wine warehouse operations and labeler machine operations? We are seeking a reliable and dependable Labeler Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire position in Sonoma.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate labeler equipment, including automatic labelers, with precision.
  • Change labeler settings for different product sizes as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on labeler equipment to ensure optimal production flow.
  • Prepare products for delivery and storage, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Handle and move materials efficiently.
  • Inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required safety equipment at all times.

Experience Required:
  • 3–5 years of experience in labeling or mechanical roles, preferably in the beverage or wine industry.
  • Technical background and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with operating and maintaining labeler machines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.
