Our client in Sonoma County is a residential alcohol and drug rehabilitation program. We are looking for an Intake Coordinator to join their team. This person must have a good personality with stellar customer service and communication skills. We are looking for someone who likes to be in a team oriented environment. Will be working alongside 2 other intake coordinators.

Schedule:
Will be working 40 hours a week. There will be weekends required, but will not have to work both Saturday and Sunday. You will have a day off during the week as well. Schedule will adjust every three months for your days off.
Hours for starting the day could be at 7:30am, 8:30am, or 9:30am. Will work a full 8 hour shift each day.

JOB DUTIES:
-Will enter admissions information of new patients or residents into facilities
-Verify insurance and complete paperwork
-Answer incoming calls and responding to questions about the admissions process
-Schedule appointments, evaluations, and consultations with patients
-Various clerical work including filing, copying, and faxing

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
-Prior office and administrative experience
-Ability to multi-task well
-Strong communication and a good personality
-Great phone etiquette
-Prior insurance billing a plus but not required
-Prior healthcare experience helpful, but not required
-Ability to work in a rehabilitation center
-Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
