Front Loader Operator
Job Location: Stockton, California
Pay Rate: $17-$17.50/hour
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4am-2:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a machine operator? We are looking for someone that is a skilled Machine Operator to join the team at a well-established company in Stockton that is America's firelog brand leader. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a front loader to move bulk fibers within our facility. This position requires experience working around heavy machinery and equipment, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. The ability to perform heavy labor, follow instructions, and work effectively in a team is essential.

Experience Required:
- Safely and efficiently operate a front loader to move bulk fibers within the facility.
- Perform heavy labor tasks and lift up to 54 lbs.
- Follow detailed instructions and adhere to production guidelines.
- Record production data on required forms accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Moderate mechanical skills are required.
- Must be qualified to operate front loaders, forklifts, and man-lift.
- Training and qualification on DOT truck/railcar criteria is a plus.
- Basic math skills are required.
