Sales - Front Line Inside Sales

Stockton (French Camp) - Direct Hire - $53k-$56k/year

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Do you have sales experience working with a manufacturing company? The catalyst for the success of our client's business is the front line sales team. The function calls for a dynamic individual capable of demonstrating leadership skills in multiple situations. The role requires an individual to work closely with company outside sales, distributors and direct customers to create custom tank systems based on each situations unique factors. Additionally, the role is responsible for supporting all aspects of projects and opportunities to the point of an order being closed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Make good on the promise of “Solutions Simplified”.
Create a sense of urgency to understand customer needs, demands, and expectations
Design custom tank systems that deliver customer value.
Own projects and opportunities from start to finish.
Be curious to gather knowledge that influences the customer throughout the decision-making process.
Engage effectively with internal and external customers.
Gather and share market intelligence.
Keep frontline lead informed.

Ideal candidate will have:

Inside sales experience that includes product customization and design elements.
Mechanically minded and able to handle multiple custom orders from multiple clients needed.
Good organizational skills required.
Experience with inside sales, water flow, or fluid transfer required.
Experience selling products rather than services preferred.
Person will be making and taking calls and designing customer orders including tank fittings and plumbing.
