Do you have Front Desk Receptionist experience and looking for a temp to hire opportunity? Our client is seeking a polished and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, checking in guests, answering questions, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate is presentable, organized, comfortable working with computers, and experienced in a front desk or administrative support role. This could become permanent for the right person but will start off as temporary.
- Greet and check in patients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
- Answer phones and respond to general questions or direct inquiries appropriately
- Provide front desk and administrative support to office staff
- Enter and maintain information accurately within computer systems and reports
- Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and general office coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and vendors
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or office administrative experience required
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
