Provide assistance to customers with questions, concerns, and assistance with the hotel reservations, directions to local attractions, and transportation.
Coordinate aircraft services such as fuel and hangar storage.
Effective communication with team members via radio and other means of communication.
Pro-active interaction with customers to ensure their experience is positive.
Educate customers on pricing and programs.
Process customer invoices.
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Polished and professional demeanor.
Team player with a collaborative attitude.
Ability to thrive in an environment with strong standard operating principles, customer centric and safety first culture.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Must possess a valid state Driver's License.
