Facility Monitor

Stockton - Permanent - $19-$20/hour

Monday - Friday12pm - 8:30pm

Do you have work experience as a facility monitor? Our client is looking for a Facility Monitors to ensure all staff, clients, and visitors are accounted for and safe. Facility Monitors also interact with clients daily to ensure they are completing their CSS plan, which includes; completing inside and outside chores, maintaining cleanliness of sleeping quarters, common areas, and outside grounds. Facility Monitors work closely with Case Managers to assist ensuring quality delivery of services and to provide communication of client needs Facility Monitors work to provide the necessary life skills to clients by serving as a mentor to assist in living independently and job responsibilities.

On the job responsibilities will include:

Ensure clients are accounted for by logging (documenting) their movement in and out of housing units prior to and after leaving the facility
Conduct random security checks of housing unit(s), conduct security check of outside facility grounds including fence, participate in support services sessions, record Monitor clients in Library, Computer Lab, and on Patio, ensure all clients are in the facility as of the nightly curfew 9:30 pm, enforce a nightly “lights out”.
Coordinate with Work Crew Leader on outside work projects with clients, enforce health and safety regulations of the facility,
Case Managers in supplying adequate and appropriate client support services, provide transportation of clients to various court mandated session.
Provide transportation of clients to and from scheduled Health Care appointments, coordinate with Work Crew Leader on special hours, or projects scheduled.
