Facility Monitor

Stockton - Permanent - $19-$20/hour

Full-time, Friday through Monday schedule

Under the general supervision of the Program Director, Facility Monitors provide the safety and security oversight of the Ready to Work Transitional Housing facility. At all times, Facility Monitors ensure all staff, clients, and visitors are accounted for and safe. Facility Monitors also interact with clients daily to ensure they are completing their CSS plan, which includes; completing inside and outside chores, and maintaining the cleanliness of sleeping quarters, common areas, and outside grounds.

Facility Monitors encourage and maintain a harmonious living environment by ensuring all structured rules are adhered to.
Facility Monitors work closely with Case Managers to assist in ensuring quality delivery of services and to provide communication of client needs
Facility Monitors work to provide the necessary life skills to clients by serving as a mentor to assist in living independently and job responsibilities.
