Fabrication Technician PM Shift
Job Location: Benicia, California
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $23-$24/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:15pm-11:45pm
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing-related position.
- Candidates with prior composite materials experience preferred.

Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well-established manufacturer specializing in prepeg and customer cellar core materials for the Aerospace Industry. The team is looking for someone who sees this opportunity as a career, not just a job.
Experience Required:
- Duties include machine set-up, equipment operation, inspecting material, documenting data, packaging and labeling product
- Follow written and verbal instructions, maintain required manufacturing notes and documentation.
- Learn and follow documented processes and procedures.
- Ensure workplace safety by following safety rules and procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to read gauges.
- Use hand tools to perform a variety of operations.
- Use precision measuring tools to inspect materials and verify specified requirements.
- Develop an understanding of composite material uses and applications, manufacturing methods, and standard composite material handling practices.
