Our client in Petaluma is looking for an office manager to join their growing team! This company sells pet related marijuana laced products and CBD oils. We are looking for someone that can jump from task to task on the operations and administration side to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

Assist CEO with email correspondence; taking dictation and recording conversations with CEO and follow through within a
two-hour timeframe; managing inbox and alerting CEO to any important emails
Manage calendar for CEO; using Google Calendar and Zoom to schedule important calls
Prepare costing documents using excel and google sheets; assist with analysis of all manufacturing costs, margin analysis
Filter any leads that are worthwhile and communicating with parties that we have decided not to pursue working with; follow
through with scheduling meetings; prioritizing particular opportunities and maximizing our time efficiently to meet demands
of leads we want to pursue
Manage travel for CEO and staff; purchase plane tickets, research hotel/AirBNB accommodations; using TripIt to organize
itineraries for travel for CEO and other staff members; Be available for travel with CEO on a monthly basis
Alert CEO when media opportunities and speaking engagement invitations arise; schedule correspondence accordingly
Assist CEO with power point slide decks for presentations using Adobe PPT or Google Presentations
Research new product ideas, competing products and prices, and work with CEO to develop new products and costing,
Manage Linked-in and other industry professional networking accounts and correspondence
Assist CEO with documentation and contract management; create and use templates and correspond with pertinent people
Assist with sales at any demo events, flea markets, trade shows, in store events
Assist with office maintenance ie machines, supplies, etc, reordering items needed
Assist customer service department with processing orders

-Google Suite including Google Drive, Google Voice, etc
-Quickbooks Enterprise
-Adobe including DocuSign
-MS Office including PPT, Word, Excel
-Sales Force
-Adept in technology with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
-Verbal and written communication in an efficient and professional manner
-Strong organizational skills
-Detail oriented
-Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
