Event Staff
Job Location: Petaluma, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $24-$25/hour
Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday; 10am-11:30pm (days and hours will vary)
Description of Position:
We are staffing for an exciting event in Petaluma and are seeking energetic, customer oriented individuals to fill a variety of roles. Join our client's team and help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for event goers. Event Staff will assist with customer service, crowd management, and provide on-site support to vendors and management.
Training Dates:
Wednesday June 17
Event Dates and Schedule:
Thursday June 18 - Sunday June 21
Job Responsibilities:
- Support specific event areas to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules
- Coordinate with performers, vendors, and technical staff
- Rotate through booths and provide customer support throughout the event
- Troubleshoot minor equipment or scheduling issues as needed
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication with staff and attendees
- Provide feedback to enhance event flow and guest satisfaction

Experience Required:
- Previous customer service or event staff experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage large crowds
- Friendly, professional, and team oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
