A local military base has a contract with a construction company who is in need of a document control specialist to work temporarily for the next 8-12 months. This position will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm, and will be required to clear a background check. We are looking for someone with great reliability, attention to detail, and intermediate level of Excel. Will be working in a proprietary software.

JOB DUTIES:
-Store, manage and track company documents as well as scan, image, organize and maintain documents
-Receive and process Requests for Information, or RFIs, from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs.
-As RFI procedures are updated, document control specialists create new templates
-Assist project managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items
-Assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Ability to be self-directed, to work independently, and being highly-motivated
-Multitask and able to meet deadlines
-Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy since you will come in contact with complex and sensitive documents
-Intermediate level of Excel experience
-Ability to pass a background check
