Pay Rate: $21-$22/hour

Job Type: Permanent

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Data Entry Specialist? If so, we have an opportunity for you! This role involves a variety of tasks, including shipping/receiving, answering and screening phone calls, data entry, monitoring and updating MS Excel spreadsheets, communicating with customers via email or phone, and preparing sales listings. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must for this position.

Description of Company:
You'll be working with a leading music manufacturing company based in Benicia, California. They specialize in producing a wide range of music accessories, including picks, pedals, and everything in between.

Experience Required:

Must have prior office experience in a similar role.
Ability to work independently.
Highly customer service-oriented.
