Data Entry Clerk

Vallejo - Permanent - $20-$22/hour

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Do you have great skills as a data-entry specialist? We have a great temp to hire opportunity for you in Vallejo that could be a permanent position for the right candidate. Our client is a well-established laboratory in Vallejo that specialize in testing, inspection, and certification. They are seeking a data-entry clerk to assist with logging in samples into their company system.

Ideal candidate would be someone with great attention to detail and has accurate data-entry skills. You could earn up to $880/week depending on your experience and qualifications.

On the job responsibilities will include:

Inspect samples as required/directed
Sort and rack incoming samples per procedure to achieve maximum productivity
Login samples into HLIMS/ or current LIMS system
Enter lab data per procedure
Print or scan worksheets/set lists as directed
Assist with data verification as directed
FAX/mail/distribute completed reports per procedure
Gather necessary client information to login samples
File/scan completed reports/worksheets as directed
Ensure turnaround times do not exceed approved targets
