Data Entry Clerk

Job Location: Napa, California

Pay Rate: $21-$22/hour

Job Type: Long Term Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Description of Position:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting new information into our database systems, ensuring precision and completeness. Your role extends to creating and managing spreadsheets, performing meticulous comparative analysis of various data sources to validate accuracy and consistency. Regularly updating and verifying existing database records will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. 

Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

• Inputting new information into our database systems.
• Creating and managing spreadsheets.
• Performing comparative analysis of different data sources to ensure data accuracy and probity.
• Regularly updating existing database system records.
• Producing reports and retrieving data as requested.
• Performing regular backup and security database activities.
• Documenting, organizing, and storing relevant documents.

We are a family-owned propane service and fuel source provider for residents and businesses in the beautiful Napa, California area. With a commitment to excellence and service, we are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team.

Experience Required:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to produce reports and retrieve data as requested.
• Familiarity with database backup and security procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills.
