Customer Support Coordinator
Job Location: Napa, CA
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $24-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Do you have experience as a customer service and administrative assistant? We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Support Coordinator to assist with customer interactions, invoicing, collections, and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in supporting business operations by ensuring efficient communication, accurate order processing, and maintaining organized records.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers or route calls accordingly
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquires and orders.
- Handle customer invoicing and collections in a timely manner.
- Provide dispatch support when needed.
- Compile Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and process RMA requests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with data entry and reconciliation.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment (printers, scanners, multi-line phones, etc.).
- Experience with dispatch systems is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Limited time off during the winter holidays (November-April) due to peak season.
