Role is open as company is growing their customer service team adding an additional seat
Experience: 2 to 5 years experience in customer service
Schedule: Standard 40 hrs/wk, M-F
Office Size: 30 people and growing

Tasks:
Reply to email and live chat and provide answers and helpful insights to customers and prospects on routine issues
Maintain fast reply times and deliver amazingly helpful service that customers love
Escalate advanced support issues to Customer Success, or Engineering Teams
Grow your area of responsibilities
Ideal Candidate is:
2 to 5 years experience in customer service
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Confidence on the phone and an infinitely helpful attitude
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing
Passion for solving problems for customers
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be tech savvy
High standards for yourself and your team
Ethical and honest approach
Friendly and caring demeanor
Extra points for:
Previous experience supporting SaaS products with variety of customers
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce
Previous experience in customer service or support
