We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our glass manufacturing warehouse. In this role, you will play a vital part in interacting with customers to address their inquiries, provide solutions to concerns, and facilitate order entry processes. Key responsibilities include answering phones, performing 10-key data entry, handling filing tasks, and accurately entering orders. Prior experience in phone answering is essential for success in this role. Proficiency in understanding decimals and fractions is strongly preferred, enabling you to assist with complex measurements and calculations.
