Our client is looking for a customer service representative to receive all incoming customer requests via email, their answering service and phone calls.

Responsibilities Include:
-Answer every call at workstation during working hours
-Resolve all cases within 48 hours of the case being opened
-Appropriately disposition each call into the correct client record
-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Ability to read, write and speak clearly in English
